Thomas M Riebe
Tom is a graduate of John Carroll University. He has more than 45 years’ experience in real estate. In 1976, he co-founded 20th Century Realty, Inc. and is the broker. In 1981, he started 20th Century Construction Co. With his extensive real estate and development experience, he primarily focuses on strategic vision for commercial and residential construction and land acquisition for development in Ohio and Florida. Throughout the years, he has served on various boards and committees, and has been involved in his community, most notably donating St. Gabriel’s Church parish rectory and Lake County YMCA Dream House lot in Summerwood. He has received many awards and honors including Builder/Architect Magazine’s Builder of the Month and Cleveland Choice Awards Best Permanent Entry sign for the Summerwood development.
Doreen M. Riebe
Doreen is a graduate of Cleveland State University. Along with Tom, she co-founded 20th Century Realty, Inc. in 1976 and 20th Century Construction Co. in 1981. She has 40+ years experience.
Having been closely involved with clients in the construction of more than 1,000 new homes, she is always available to clients to answer any questions, and even offer suggestions or advice throughout the process. And, if clients have a home to sell, Doreen will work with them to list it and get it sold, ensuring a smooth transition into their new home.
Chris Mulchin
Chris is also Tom and Doreen's son-in-law. He joined 20th Century Construction in 1996. He has a B.S.B.A in Finance from John Carroll University.
Chris holds a real estate license and is the Vice President of Construction and Finance. He is currently overseeing residential and commercial construction divisions from horizontal through vertical construction. He also assesses land acquisition opportunities and investments.
Jeffery Smul
Jeff is Tom and Doreen's son-in-law. He joined 20th Century Construction in 2000. He has a B.S.B.A from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Jeff is the Vice President of Development and Accounting. He manages the development process from negotiating land acquisition through the improvement approval process on new developments. He is also responsible for construction pricing and company accounting.
Allison Riebe Moore
Allison is Tom and Doreen's daughter. She has a B.S.B.A in Management with a concentration in Leadership and Marketing and has more than 17 years of marketing experience.
Allison is the Vice Present of Sales and Marketing. She works with clients throughout homebuilding journey and is responsible for marketing initiatives for the company.
